Sound advice. Here are the facts we know. The stock is halted and has been since Friday. That fact alone iis shocking. 

The halt appears to be linked to the failing to make timely conession payments on concessions in Peru. 

That last part alone is inexcusable and reflects such a gross level of incompetence by the management and the board to be breathtaking. 

How it all gets resolved, if even possible, we will soon find out.

But the stock is opening a lot lower and changes need to be made in the Lima office where this gross incompetence comes from,  and in the head office. People do get emotional when they lose money and especially when it was entirely avoidable.
