RE:RE:I am optimisticSounds 3rd world to me

  1. Macusani has not lost any of its concessions, the process to rectify this situation was of an administrative nature, and the resolutions issued are not issued via a court of law.
So you got a bunch of schmucks sitting around a table making critical decisions that impact not only the company but the locals who will benefit from this economically? Can't wait to see if this gets to the court of law.

I confess following the sequence of events is difficult but reading PLU's response makes you wonder what company in there right mind can trust these baboons.

I don't care what time of the day it was or if it was the day of when payments were made. The system appears to be broken and in need of an overhaul.

I am sticking with PLU and hopefully someone in those offices in Peru gets FIRED.

A message to Juan, is there any corruption within the mining industry in Peru where this decision is made knowingly to benefit other entities who may want a stake to the expired claims?
