RE:McWhirter likes and owns it... Fully agree. Timing. I nownown 2.2 million shares of GSI and I keep adding when I can. Q4 is generally better than Q3 based on past actions. Will be curious to hear more about Septa deals and Dubai. Septa May lead to many other contracts as the supply chain thenrewuire is huge. Buses trains etc.
