Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

for? An ER release is not a halt worthy event. So is there going to be a news release in the morning? https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/iiroc-trading-halt-apha-816238304.html

Conference call would of been the best moment to disclose anything. Don't think we will have more surprise tomorrow, I'd love to be wrong but wouldn't make any sense that they didn't disclose it during the Q call (just my opinion)

Cheers

Still I don't understand why they asked for a halt. The ER or conference call is not a reason to ask for a halt. There has to be a reason.
