definitely a surprising development. I'm wondering if due to the severe sector downdraft since the LOI was announced, khrn decided they were paying too much for canapalife? simply conjecture at this point and considering how often khrn utilizes midas letter to keep investors apprised of their business developments, I doubt we'll have to wait too long to find out the reasoning behind this decision. Perhaps they are going into Europe a different route? Europe being off the table for khrn is extremely hard to believe. Portugal and Spain are obviously a perfect fit for khiron branding. All imo
