RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Easy moneyI will repeat the same message i did on USA board here... while there is a lot to agree on your comment, i dont like the dilution that GPR just did... that is putting a big damper on SP... GPR would have easily been in 1.3's today if it wasnt for the financing....

Couple of reasons for USA strength vs GPR. As i suspected when GPR announced ATM financing for 25 M, i though they needed money and were raising while you suspected they wouldnt raise till $3. I think the financing they did is pure dilution and i dont like companies when they undersell themselves. GPR MGMT could have easily held out for 1.5-2 $ before the raise. They gave into the financiers at the expense of shareholders...

USA on the other hand raised money but from ERIC SPROTT and waited to do so until price recovered a little bit. If they had done the same at the time of Sandstorm financing i would have been very frustrated... so you have to give the credit where its due.

Q1 is 4 months away... i am looking at Q2 already... you have to look out 6 months at least and furthermore, the cost profile of USA vs GPR is significantly better.. As i said if MKT cap of USA goes beyond the difference of 50+ Million, GPR will start becoming attractive at that point. Right now they are same or USA is only slightly over...

I hold both but my USA position is substantially bigger .. i might take profits and switch over but not until 50+ mill differential.
