RE:Insider Updatethanks for the post and info! if Bonavista can secure covenant relief this should provide a level of security and comfort for investors to dip their feet back in. Without this relief established, its a rolling dice of whether this goes to $0.01 or back to a $1.00; hopefully we're heading north.
Armoyan's history was amazing in the past but has a peppered success rate recently. his $2.8MM investment into Bonavista seems to be a good measure of confidence in the company management, assets and debt relief - but again until gas commodities return to a fair market value and debt relief is established.. their is no other near term catalyst that warrants an increase in Bonavista's SP. Great company, great assets, great management.. horrible timing and a plenty of head wind to overcome before this stock is back in the limelight.
