 Bull,  book value is in the $9's.  TD has the book value as of Friday at $9.82 , IPL is trading at 2.5X book value.  P/E of 17.8, trading at 12.3 x cash flow.  

 At the same time Enbridge has a book value of  $34.36 trading at 1.3x book value.  IPL's valuation is getting stretched in here.  Pembina trades at 1.7x BV.
