Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:SOURCE ALERT!! EARNINGS ARE HORRIBLE! SELL NOW WHILE YOU CAN

The reason I own APHA is because I anticipate WEED and ACB to post losses!  Which should (but apparently in weedstocks it does not) emphasize just how good a job Irwin Simon (and his team...notice how much he credits his team where Neufeld always said "I") managed the turnaround.

Same goes with this TRST nonsense.  One would think the prevailing attitude would be "Good thing APHA cleaned itself up so thoroughly" but instead weedstocks cannot look beyond the silliness.  I feel badly for TRST retail investors.  Every Aphrian should have a degree of empathy for those who rode TRST from 15 to 3.  Unlike Aphria, I cannot see how TRST can come back.  For the good of the sector I just wish HC would make a definitive call and fast.  HC should be getting kickbacks from the black market.  Such inefficiency!

At some point (and gosh I hope it is sometime soon) investors will stop and think, and realize that TRST issues will resolve some of the "oversupply" rhetoric.  CGC and ACB not doing well should emphasize how well APHA is actually executing.  I simply cannot get over how APHA seems to have to wear the stink of every other company in this sector.  Just goes to show how hard it is to regain trust.  That's the only thing Aphria is still (unjustifiably in my opinion) is still suffering from.
