I have been a long time shareholder since approx. 2014 and have been following SNS here and there. I do have few questions to Steven Goldman because something is amiss.  Here in the press release: https://www.selectsands.com/2016/12/21/select-sands-announces-resignations-arnold-tenney-steven-goldman/
Steven Resignation announced
; Why did you resign and why and how did you get back on the SNS board?
Upon Google Search your name is associated with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. Toronto, Canada; and I remember when the financing was happening this was the firm representing SNS. Are you conflicted here?
How did you get involved in SNS, given you have no mining and energy background?
What do you bring to SNS beside posting on StockHouse?
Does the company really need 6 directors?
How is the company going to finance if and when it lands a brown sand deal?
Why are you confident you can sell at profit in West Texas when the majors are reducing production and cutting shifts/laying off workers as per the recent Infill Thinking Reports?
Why the CEO has cut his salary to only 25% and is still getting paid over $220,000, as per the post from Rasool.
Why do you need three finance people as per your post in Houston? What does exactly Zig do?

Steven : I saw a reference to a lawsuit in one of the MD&A/FS and there is a mention of it in these chats on the Bullboard. What is that lawsuit all about?
