RE:RE:RE:New lows coming I was reading about HudBay's Rosemont project in Arizona. It said over $100 milion was spent in the 11 year permitting process. Capstone has 3 operating/permitted projects. Their value in the permitting costs needed to bring a project online is way more than Capstone's present market cap. Not to mention the time needed to permit a property. It would be easier to takeover CS than permit a project.
While Capstone's share price could go lower I think there will be many more buyers befoer it reaches $0.10 to $0.30.
