Management has no Credibility

Management has no CredibilityAnother quarter of huge restructering and "one time" reorg costs. They are keeping their string alive with now 17 out of 18 quarters of restructering expenses. Where are all those millions of dollars of benefits they were supposed to realize. Obviously they over paid for all their acquisitions. Where are all those incremental sales and cost synergies from those acqusitions. They can't even forecast from quarter to quarter never mind for a year. The ERP system is supposed to save them $10 million. if you believe that good luck. Not only were they almost a year late in its implementation but they they totally screwed that up. At the end of the day they are a printing company in a declining industry no matter what they call themselves.
