Hanging In There

Hanging In ThereI hope you have all noticed the AD stock price by in large has help up pretty good over the last few weeks as banks and Life Cos are getting hammered. Yes down from $21 but not too bad. I think the market is now at least comfortable with the dividend coverage ratios. If not, we would be back down to the $16-17 area. Now if i was a new investor would I by CIBC at approaching 6% or AD at 8.5%. Id take CIBC everyday for not only safety but a GROWING divy (likely 2-4%) yr after year. Still like AD and held since 2009 but now looking to exit at hopefully $24-25 but maybe lower depending on what mkt does
