I have followee GENE very closely for almost 3 years now. I have been in and out and finally called it quits when former management decided to hire Gene Simmons and change the ticker symbol. I have always held a firm belief that the indoor assets this company owns are very valuable and have enornous oppurtunity. The fact is that by years end Invictus will have 190000 square feet of purpose-built indoor facilities capable of producing ultra premium product. The new CEO and COO seem to be executing flawlessly thus far and have taken expenses from 16m to 4m in ONE quarter! Acreage pharms alone is growing nearly 4M in cannabis per quarter just from Phase 2! This metric doesnt even include AB Labs phase 2 or Acreage Pharms phase 3 which are both expecting licenses im short order nor does this include sales of inventory which is currently in the vault. Not to mention, acreage has just reveived their Oil sales license will allow them to vertically integrate this component into their business model. The market cap of 45 million is ABSURD. This company deserves a much higher MC based on the completes assets which take a loooong tme to finish + the licenses in hand which are very hard to acquire. This company will soon hold several production/sales/oils licenses which will allow them to grow like a real start-up company should. Former venture capitalist manegment has been given the boot and real business people who have succesfull track records are now steering the ship. I feel this stock is worth at least 200m and thus could represent an astonishing multiple on your investment if you buy and hold. Do your own research but take my ideas into consideration. Lets get this money!
