- it was at the company's request...generally if it's negative it's requested bt IIROC

- like you said, Ryan had been buying up shares like crazy beforehand ( could that be the problem?  But then see point 1)

-????  I don't know...they completed a financing apparently, were set to initiate work at some time in the near future...???  I really don't know.  

But on the negative side...this is the CSE....it is junior exploration....

I mean really, who knows?  If it's positive, the only thing I can think of is a major financing...but "big players" usually step in after some results.  So, I'm back to square one which was, "I really don't know..."
