So if I'm reading this right it looks like 3.09 mil in immediate share dilution, 2.73 mil in warrant dilution over 24 months and $6mil + $600,000/yr in new debt.

Could have been worse. Hope they can use it efficiently, thats adds like 1.3 years of cash runway at current burn but it sounds like they're already earmarking it for continuing building.
