Insider buying boo hoo

Insider buying boo hoo "Why don't insider buy on the open market?" cries a self-proclaimed long-term shareholder, copying and pasting the same messages daily.

Would you rather an insider:
(A) INVESTS $180K into the company by exercising his warrants and obtaining 1 MILLION more shares; or

Either way, the insider gets more SKIN IN THE GAME. But only option A helps the company.

Also, INSIDERS OWN 47% OF OUTSTANDING SHARES.
A better question to ask is: have insiders EVER SOLD?
NOPE.

Is there another MOTIVE to the SPAMMING on other message boards? DESPERATE to create negative sentiment before the BULL RUN, perhaps?
