RE:RE:Another beauty from the smartest dumb person in America

RE:RE:Another beauty from the smartest dumb person in America On August 30, 2019, Ucore Rare Earth Metals, Inc. ("Ucore") filed a Notice of Action and Statement of Claim ("NOA") against IBC Advanced Technologies, Inc., et al., ("IBC") in the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia.  The NOA asserts that IBC has defamed Ucore by making statements in several of IBC's recent press releases concerning the veracity of recent public announcements made by Ucore itself.  Ucore does not clearly identify which particular statements it challenges (except, perhaps, by underlining portions of the allegedly defamatory statements).  Instead, Ucore makes the blanket assertion that IBC's factual statements were "false and misleading."

Interesting to note that Ucore does not even mention this new action in today's press release.  A sign of a company with integrity.  I hope the court in Nova Scotia soon sorts this out in Ucore's favor.

Looks like Ucore has had to go to plan B in the short term with SX technology until this legal drama is sorted out.  Real pity that Steve is doing this as he is just shooting himself in the foot.  In the meantime, we all lose out on share price appreciation.

I wonder where the share price would be right now if Steve had honored his commitments and cooperated from the begining?
