I was on a conference call and was able to submit a question to Duane.  At that time Environleach and Jabil were still thick as thieves.  Duane mentioned that Jabil had sites throughout the world (specifically the China market) where additional processing plants could be built.  I asked whether there was any concern about technology theft or patent violations by China if Enviroleach/Mineworx were to open a plant in China. 

The response was to the effect that Jabil has protected their own patents thus far, the processing plant would be located on a Jabil site, and Jabil would take the lead in protecting (legal) the technology.  

I know things have changed with the relationship of the two companies and the above plan may not be applicable, but it did make me a little nervous that our company was open to going to China.  I just hope if we did it would be under the wing of a major corporation like Jabil, but even then...
