Who owns Strange & Misery lake deposits ?

Who owns Strange & Misery lake deposits ?Around over 1 and a half years ago they went in recievership to have everything taken over by a private company called Torngat ! The same people that were in Quest , are in Torngat ! The last NR around march 2018 said all existing shares are worthless ! But it has been trading OTC since , and this last week probably traded 6 million shares from around  $0.01 -  $0.06 . What is going on as just maybe what those people wanted to do they possibly can't ? I don't know but it is trading OTC in the US ? As I still am a shareholder , I would like to know what is going on ! JMHO
