The answer is clear: Premier is a private company and trades like it. If you personally would start a gold company, this is the risk-managed way you would want to do it. The problem is 2-fold: 1. There's no hype and no chance of buyout & 2. Ewan doesn't market the stock.

At some point in the new gold bull Premier is going to explode as investors discover a genunine value play.

I just hope I'm still alive to see it.
