I wanted to clarify if ownership of a right entitled one to purchase a share of Ucore for $0.10. This is the case. One does NOT need to be in possession of a share of Ucore (just possession of a right) to exercise that right before Oct 23. The rights exchange freely on the TSX. Whoever buys them can exercise them.
This is actually better for Ucore (and us) as it makes them more liquid.
This is contrary to the information that JackieChan was posting. I think that he was referring to the oversubscription which is a different issue.
Just wanted to clarify and make sure that accurate information is posted on the board as it affects people's decision making.
Also, she stated that the rights should show up in my brokerage account by Friday hopefully or early next week at the lastest. Today is the day of record of ownership for receiving them.
