My 2 cents.. some rough TA

This looks very similar to Dec 2018, just prior to the announcment of their contarct. price is just outside the bollinger bands right now, the price action is almost even the same (steady decline for weeks), oversold territory for an extended period of time and then boom contract sent it back up. I suspect we will see the same, we are likely triggering stop losses now.
