Why? We just can’t answer that question. Is there enough there for management to go to the OSC? They haven't yet. There may be more then one thing going on at the same time, for sure it's being played for a penny or two but is there something more sinister at play? It’s been said here many times, an entity looking to buy the Back Forty can’t be unhappy to see Aquila trading at .15.
