It has distributors in Africa, Americas, Asia, Australia & New Zealand, and others.

Why is this public?

Doesn't trade, insiders own a majority of the stock and it doesn't make money or pay a dividend anymore. Management still picks away at the stock, just offer to buy the remaining 7 million shares for $0.07 and this helps clean up the TSXV.
