Makes the most sense. Ryan and Murray are good guys, but they really need to consider taking this private. Saving $100k+ per year in expenses and having full control will make IPD way more efficient.&

Doesn't trade, insiders own a majority of the stock and it doesn't make money or pay a dividend anymore. Management still picks away at the stock, just offer to buy the remaining 7 million
