Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:On SEDAR not sure what this isThis is taking low key to the extreme.  WTF is happening here?

I cannot imagine that Irwin Simon is at all happy about the way the shorts are hammering APHA.

But this is a new twist.

Man...all I wanted to do was invest (now there's a word) in a company that I thought was best positioned to prosper in this new sector.

I truly hope this is an end run by Aphria management...but right now it is just confusing the heck out of me.
