RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Take overA takeover at this SP would severely undervalue this company. No one is going to make an offer to the true value of this company, like $300M right now.  When the company gets to put AP's Phase 3 to work and AB Labs gets up to speed, the money will be flowing in and a much better offer could be made that would be a far sight better for shareholders.
There is nothing wrong with what Dixon has done so far to make this company better. The company would be miles ahead if Dixon had been CEO in the first place.
