RE:Agra
RE:AgraJust curious as to why you're suggesting Agra might be a good replacement/substitute for MYM?
After all, you have been going on and on about the absence of revenues for MYM. What was Agra's revenues as reported in their Q2 financials? Nil, zero, nada, zilch. Does Agra have a licence to cultivate? No.
"Milestone infrastructure upgrades directly correlated to AgraFlora’s anticipated award of a standard cultivation license which were highlighted in the Company’s recent affirmation of readiness and video evidence package submission to Health Canada include: ..."
"AgraFlora’s internal forecasts indicate that upon receipt of its aforementioned standard cultivation licence from Health Canada the Company will become the fourth-largest licensed producer (“LP”) in Canada by 2020 financed production metrics ..."
Has MYM submitted its affirmation of readiness and video evidence package to HC. Yes. Is MYM anticipating the award of a standard cultivation licence? Yes.
Was Agra (aka PUF Ventures) in a joint venture partnership with MYM with respect to the construction of a +1 million sq. ft. facility in Australia? Yes. You have also been going on about MYM missing various target/milestone dates. Consider the following:
"In October 2017, the Company announced an agreement with PUF Ventures Inc. (the “PUF Ventures Agreement”) for the construction of the “Northern Rivers Project”, a planned one million square foot facility for the production of medical cannabis (the “Northern Rivers Project”) in New South Wales, Australia. As of December21, 2017, PUF Ventures Inc. changed its name to Solaris Nutraceuticals Pty Ltd. ("Solaris")."
"On December 26, 2018, the Company announced that it will not be proceeding with the Northern Rivers Project with Solaris after Solaris was notified by the Office of Drug Control that its application for both a medical cannabis license and cannabis research license had been rejected due to Solaris’ failure to provide certain documents and information required for the application. As a result, the Company entered into a Deed of Settlement, Share Transfer and Release agreement with the shareholders of Solaris to deregister Solaris Nutraceuticals Inc."

I'm not seeing anything different here. So why would I switch?
