But secured noteholders who now control the board want 100%..........

It's a bareknuckle world.  Don't think any of the current secured note holders who control the board will leave anything more than breadcrumbs for the current crop of existing shareholders / former deb holders / suckers......................

Never voluntarily give up seniority on the capital structure................
