(Bellwether), Bellwether Estate and Insurance Services Inc. (Bellwether Estate) and Bellwether Investment Management USA, Inc. (Bellwether USA). Bellwether is registered with the Ontario Securities Commission, its primary regulator, as a portfolio manager, exempt market dealer and investment fund manager, and its principal business is the provision of discretionary portfolio management services to affluent Canadian investors, estates, trusts, endowments and foundations. Bellwether Estate is registered as an insurance agent corporation with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
