RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:JeezYes law comes into effect Oct 17th but not available for sale till mid December,still lots of time for 
license to appear, i am still giving a price of $.30 by November,add to that i have acquired a taste for the  bars and enjoy them now and feel the benefits
