Can this company ever achieve much?

Can this company ever achieve much?Down into a new low. Can this company ever achieve much?  The length of time it is taking to close the California deals makes one seriously wonder if this company will ever reach .20c one day much less .42.5c. But I can certainly see this reaching 2 or 3 cents. And it should not take as long as it is taking to cut a deal in California.
