RE:RE:RE:onlyrealityYes but Pyro is not building it, nor are they servicing it nor are the payments made to them. So what is Pyro's cost in all to receive the private " family" payments?
There was no need for a private company to be created to handle this. If a US entity was needed then why was it not a wholly owned sub of Pyro?...and I think most of you that have been around the bases know this type of story all to well.
