RE:RE:Interesting Press ReleaseIf there is a case of overcapacity then why is Ontario still planning on doing a lottery system for retail? Why not do a dual system of private and govt to increase the number of stores. I’m thinking this funding issue has to do with slowing of sales which is partly do the lack of retail stores.
