RE:Bankrupt Roberto, it wasn't their’s to sell...simple as that, no joke, purely the truth.
But, as you like to say over and over, you, as a shareholder, as a minute, but partial “owner”, did have the opportunity to sell your position as minor SH/owner...why, why did you not sell your ownership in the company before the bankruptcy if you were so sure management was so stupid? Or did you just realize that after the bankruptcy, how bad the situation really was?
In Wills blog, if you read it, you will recall the company publicly announced in their NR’s some very scary wording about the writing on the wall, but it was to little, to late, as it was worth pennies by then. But there were many signs not to buy and hold this stock, trade only IMO.
Why did you not pull your money out when you realized this management team was over their head and as you say, stupid, not my word, yours?
Maybe they were stupid, but many SH’s were equally as bewildered. That’s why I stayed hard on certain posters here, as I wanted people to open their eyes to their motives, and let me be so brazen to say, duh, it’s not rocket science, they had their agenda, and your happiness, wealth, were not on their list!
Where have they gone?
Why are they not showing how upset they are?
Why are are they not posting anything? (Probably a good call actually, really, time to move on)
Where is the lawssuit they threatening to bring?
and on and on...
