With respect. Facts have the most credibility. Two resolutions were public. Both confirmed passed by SEPTA BOD at the past directors meeting. The smaller contract is announced. There is a larger $10-11 million dollar contract to drop this week. Q4 revenues are typically larger. Not one smart person sold today or has sold all along given the public "material facts" available.

i am long and not an idiot. I am holing 2.1 million shares and accumulating on dips. Only a moron would sell now with the public info out there.

Gold has been struck. Time to "know when to hold them"..... else you will regret a dumb dumb decision.
