Question

QuestionI understand that the inclusion and exclusion criteria limits the number of potential patients. What I don't understand is when we get approval to commercialize in both USA and Canada how will the number of patients that we can treat exponentially increase? Will we be able to treat future patients that don't fit into today's inclusion and exclusion criteria?
