RE:Institutional buying!Just comparing the state of this company with the state of it at its peak stock price, it is much more solid now. Better software, more contracted clients, proven benefits via trials,  vindicated in winning a lawsuit from those who proved their business model was good enough to try to steal, and weathered severe throttling of income caused by changed billing codes caused by a government agency. Even the fast-money traders aren't jumping ship to take big profits as this thing seems on a credible trajectory back to surpass where it peaked before challenges began.
