RE:RE:Shareholders Have to Vote on Any PlanMJ... even if it did go for pennies on a dollar... we should still get our money and more back. Bellatrix Book Value is $16.00/share. Book Value is Total Assets minus Total Liabilities. Even at 10% of book value a buyer would be getting a crazy deal and we would get $1.60/share. Even the pipeline infrastructure they own is worth $200M. Not even including the actual reserves and production. Also, delisting doesn't mean you don't get a payout on the shares. When a company gets bought out the shares always delist anyway on closing date. The bank/lender that owns 85% of the common shares now will ensure it's a fair process.
