RE:RE:My two CDN pesos worth on the 3Q productionganndolph - Thank you for steering in the right direction on the Bj production numbers. It has been a long week of job searching and CBT training. My brain is fried from the information overload.
The drop in production could be attributed to a number af factors. Here are a few which one we discussed in the summer.:
1) summer shutdown for vacations and mill maintenance
2) "infill drilling [on skarn] was carried out during the third quarter" interefred with the haulage of the underground ore.
3) union strike
It should be noted that the PR doesn't mention the tonnage processed by the mill in 3Q. The same mode of operation in prior production PRs. So, your "milled head grade of around 1.27 g/t" maybe on the low side. I think the financals or the MD&A will have the tonnage. Knowing MND's lack of transparency, it will be barried in the MD&A as per my investigation of the 2nd quarter production.
I suspect the institutionals will be asking the question "What's the plan?" to correct the drop in production. Have you noticed that the MND investor presentation doesn't have a project plan :gnatt chart) showing the planned activties at each mine. Even exploreres have a plan detailing the operation in the coming tone to three years.
Did you notice the drop off in MND share volume leading up to the SP drop on Friday?
