Not everything stinks here, the divvy return is now 4.85%, similar to many REITs, so more sophisticated investors (investors not speculants!!!) should find it attractive, especially since there is a significantly more upswing potential than with comparable REITs.
The revenue is doesn't grow and this is the main reason this stock is now within the basement/trash stock territory but cash flow is sweet.
