Nah, the company gave you rights for each share you owned at the cut off date earlier in Oct.

If you want though, you can buy more rights. Around $0.07-$0.08 each and you need at least 4 (3.xxxxxxxxx:1) to convert into 1 share @ $1.67. If the math works out, it might actually be worthwhile - IF the share price holds around here $1.89 by the time the deal closes - and your commissions aren't high.
