RE:RE:RE:RE:Potential - Huge or more modestI posted a long time ago that bringing in a CEO with acadmics but zero gold mining experience (she had experience with other metals) was disastrous.  This is a sulfide ore that is tough to process.  She and Morrison brought in a "shake and bake" mill (Gekko) that immediately fell on its face.  Company spent 3 years adding gimracks and the fine grind and gravity concentrators look to be what will allow the mill to eventually get into the high 80's.
3rd quarter financials will be rough.  If 4th quarter does not get into high 80's they need to bring in 
Newmont, which has the experience.  Maybe they can beg them to come in and customize their plant for this particular sulfide.  At this point they should not be proud. 
Morrison has been in exploration for a long time but is not end-to-end savvy.
