o official statement from Vitol, just sources. Leads me to believe the sources are insiders and not dictating the true circumstance surrounding the decision. 

pure speculation on my part, but look at the other side of the transaction.....AOI sure has a lot of confidence going after $1.5B deal. Perhaps it's because of their investments in ECO and/or AFE. Vitol et al were part of this deal prior to joe, jethro, and the upcoming jimmy. So while Vitol might have been impatient, I hardly doubt impatience is enough to run away from 32k production. So did AOI decide they had the backing to go alone? Surely the credit company had proprietary data prior to agreeing on a $250M credit extension. Thoughts?
