I'm confident they'll receive their license in the very near future, you don't put the amount of investment and energy into a company not to follow through. Granted nothing is gauranteed, having multiple partnerships and potential partnerships right out of the gate is something that keeps me in this stock.
On the other hand, the high number of outstanding share's is concerning; I've been with Aurora for many years now and have witnessed the constant manipulation and shorting attacks that they're hit with constantly. Just a heads up, this stock will likely be way overvalued in the near future, then highly undervalued shortly after, be prepared to get out and back in once this thing starts moving.
