RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Level 2The EPO does have a four month reset with every submission by the Applicant unless it is under the Fastrack Program (this Application is not). The EPO responded 'only' two months after QNC's late Aug response and played documentation-trail-catch-up the week after for the file to document the Oct 17 phone call made by the EPO to QNC's lawyer. Note: a telephone call is only to be made by the EPO if it held minor objection(s) and NOT if they intend to deny. All this indicates that the process between parties is gathering momentum on both with timelines and consensus. My hunch is that the "minor" objection, that was dealt with in two business days by QNC, is all that was in the way of granting, otherwise other such minor objections would have been raised by the EPO alongside the "semiconductor issue". If so, any day now is my thought.
Very much looking forward to getting on with things in QNC's next phase... bring on the 'fun' phases.

However, that being said the recent submissions are very minor so I would hate to think the EPO will take 4 months. BUT these are semi-governmental bodies so I would never assume anything. Especially in Europe.... the beauracrats probably take the whole month of December off for Christmas : )
