AIAIn my view Obama's 'AIA" is a license to steal others' IPR, specially for big companies like Apple etc. With AIA, big companies can steal any other's IPR they want without worry about punishments for their crimes. This "messy" patent system is now the game only for big companies so as  the "great again" dream...
