RE:It just might have legs.True.  Compare to SNC Lavalin that did a $0.94 gain yesterday to $27.44.  A couple months ago, it traded at $15.50.  Losing over $5.57/share, which is worse.  Their divy is 0.29% (similar joke).  P/B is 4.22X, which is absolutely horrible compared to 0.23X for SOX.   There only issue it seems is getting rid of this corrupt leadership.  There very well might be a secret takeover plan in the works.
