I agree with your comment that there might be others out there who can turn things around for SOX but I'm 100% sure it is not the LeMay / Decore team. LeMay is just an unexperienced CEO listening to others (Decore) and not making his own decisions. LeMay is now on his 2nd management team since 2013 and the result........no stability........Like the old saying "people leave people" and not companies. If LeMay think he can run a construction business he need to think again. My guess is the pain is not over yet as the current projects are not in line with the core business. I'm wondering what 2020 will hold in for employees and shareholders and if the board don't change both these "executives" out soon there will be more tears in a year from now........
